- CHECKLIST AND DESIGN CALL
You’ll receive an emailed design checklist as a starting place to outline the look you want. Complete and return the (easy!) checklist, and then one of our expert design team members will reach out. Work out the details with the design specialist to ensure brand consistency.
- PROJECT OUTLINE
Once you and the designer work through all the details, you’ll receive a project outline. This includes everything from the design and pricing to shipping, and labor that you will contract through Local Exhibits. If you outsource shipping or labor, that is noted, too. The price on this Project Outline is the price you will pay for those services. No surprises. Of course, if you decide to add more furniture, graphics, a banner or an additional hanging sign, in that case, you can always add those to a separate project.
- BUILD AND STAGE YOUR TRADE SHOW BOOTH
Once you approve any custom graphics, Local Exhibits builds your trade show booth and prints out all the components. The booth is constructed safely in our warehouse, but once completed, you will receive a video of the booth for your approval. You’ll see the booth with all the lighting on, so you can see that everything functions properly.
